"I asked Kelly for minimum state vehicle insurance on 2 cars, she added an optional personal injury protection. I asked to have it removed, she said she would but didn't. My neighbor also has Kelly for an agent. When she checked her bill she had the same addition. I added a third car and Kelly again added the extra charge. Kelly eventually deleted the unwanted protection. I found her office was often closed during business hours and sometimes the secretary was the only one there but could only offer limited help.
